I am having severe health related anxiety any little thing happens to me I get scared my hands shake and I'm not being able to concentrate on my everyday activities. At times I find it difficult to breathe and swallow food due to my mind concentrating on that activity. I have a habit of using Google to search symptoms which makes it worse and I find it very difficult to sleep or function. Please help

I am ok right now 90% doing well taking medications I just stopped thinking about any other individual I used to feel that my relatives will haress me i stopped thinking about them.. So i dont get paranoid thoughts I have been on medication for 12years My query is that is this neurochemical imbalance or state of mind I feel their was a wrong way of thinking... I think one should never think about any other individual

I have been having problem with thinking. I don't feel like doing it. I am just going with the flow when this happens. Also when this happens I also get a dull headache at the center of head, around temples and adjacent to eyes. There is also facial and jaw tension when this happens.

I am having problem of constant dull headache in deep inside head around forehead around temples and jaw. I also have facial tension when this happens. Psychology wise I get lethargic to even think when this happens. Just want to go with the flow

29. M. 5'6". 74 Kg. I am having dull headache with pain around temples, jaw and feeling of upper facial tension. Now the thing is I could have learned to live with this dull headache but I also get psychiatric symptoms accompanying with it like - Anhedonia, Apathy, horrible memory, shallow unrefreshing sleep, brain fog, impulsive behaviour, OCD like features, dulled senses, absent libido, Insensitive to the effects of most drugs, ex. alcohol, laxatives, antihistamines. Tried SSRI, SNRI. they didnt work. These two (psychological and physical) are co-occuring. both accompany each other. When one symptoms briefly resolves for couple of hours once in blue moon other resolves with it but then again both come back.

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, but I suspect I may have other challenges as well. Even after listening multiple times, I struggle to process what others say. I also find it difficult to understand things when they’re explained in a storytelling format, unlike others who grasp them easily. It takes me much longer to understand concepts compared to others. The tasks I’m working on now are things my friends accomplished 6-7 years ago. Additionally, when working on lengthy tasks, I often forget what I did earlier or fail to see the connection between my current actions and the previous steps in the same task.I often feel mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted very quickly, and I've experienced a sense of brain fog since childhood. I need help from someone who can thoroughly diagnose any underlying disorder (APD, SLD OR MCI etc), rather than simply prescribing medication without truly listening to my concerns. Started to do PhD but feeling very very afraid.

How to detect if hypothyroidism is causing depression? I mean what are the levels to look at. I have made thyroid test and all levels were as mentioned below. T3 - 0.83 ng/mL T4 - 10.64 ug/dL TSH - uiU/mL Does these level represent significant levels of depression?
