Hi Doctor, I am in my postpartum phase, passed 8 months of delivery. I am not able to take proper sleep due to kid at night and in day time I have to do my Job. No one seems supportive near me. Even I am living in a Toxic environment at my in-laws place. They use abusive language, taunts and try to make me feel down on regular basis. My husband is also not a supportive kind of person, and he is not allowing me to stay out of these people. It's seems like an imprisonment for me. My head is approx at the stage, where I feel continuous pinching in it. I feel sleepy all day and whenever I get a chance to sleep, I can't sleep at that time. Honestly I feel worthless on this earth. I get thoughts of ending my life and my daughter's too. Because  I'll be no more, no one is there to take care of her. Do I need to take some sleeping pills or something else in this case. Please suggest.

Hi, Where can I get diazepam inj. I've been prescribed the same by the psychiatrist and also a neuro surgeon as I'm suffering from extreme tremors. I'm asked to get DBS done. So till the time it is done I'm put on diazepam/ lorazepam inj on sos basis. Also I'm on mirtaz, esclo forte for depression.

So my mom is 48 years old and is struggling with a lot of panic and mild depression. Her psychiatrist prescribed her escitalopram 5mg as the treatment. She'd need to take it around 9 months to an year but I'm really scared about If she'd be able to come off of it. Can someone please tell me if people do come off of it and how? How to cope with a narcissistic wife who always plays the victim and tries to manipulate realty in marriage? With kids it's not easy to walk out. Silent treatment, no physical contact, tries to isolate me and makes me feel guilty if I express my view. Any solution to cope as with time our reality gets distorted. Sleeping separate for years I recently got a pet dog. She used it as an excuse and walked out of the house blaming me that I purposely got a pet to chase her out. And she cries when I get this topic saying I am selfish as she is scared of dogs. The damage done to me for years prompted me to get a pet dog for healing. Now I really think, is it really my fault?
