"I am a 23-year-old woman weighing 36 kg. I ingested 50 mg of amitriptyline all at once on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 1 pm. It has been more than 48 hours since the ingestion, and I haven't experienced any severe symptoms. After taking the medication, I slept for almost around 24 hours. I also have IBS, and I'm concerned about any potential long-term effects or complications related to the overdose. Am I now in the safe zone? When would it be safe to resume my prescribed amitriptyline dose of 10 mg twice a day? Should I undergo any tests or monitoring before resuming the medication, or would it be safe to wait for a week and then restart my regular dose?"

Good morning doctor! I have been diagnosed with ocd and am on medication since last 2 years. Now the symptoms had almost disappeared. Could you please tell me what is actual duration for the medication and will I be able to live a normal life after treatment Thanks

Can we control anxiety without starting meds ? And if I start then What are the withdrawal symptoms??

I am suffering from idk what but some mental problem i have taken nextio for 11 months previously it helped me little then i stoped taking this medicine and my problem is that (i take unwanted decision for me because of other people advice which i dont want to take but i take and do that work according to them which later hurt me right now i am in lot of mental pain and i dont find any reason and happines to live in this world i dont find anythink pleasureable which i used to find earlier just because of my 1 decisiom which shattered my life and the decision is influenced by others but i dont have strong mind to take some tough decision i have that fear of what people will think and thought or will they get angry on me etc. Etc. And in that thinking i take wrong decision) PLS.HELP.PLSHELP.PLS HELP

In 40 days my exam are i need to study atlist 12 or more hours in day but I can't wake up early and also can't sleep in night I sleep in 12  pm but sleep in 1 am and wake up 8 or 9 but 9 to 12 can't complete study Also sleep is not sound so tried in day In night can't take food enough also like anorexia Same in the morning can't able to eat due to anorexia Also exam tension led this situation but I try to not worry but can't wake up And also can't able to eat Enough due to anorexia Too much required study but this leeds to me down I join library i concentrate but to clear exam more study hours required Friend are sleep 12 to 6 or least Not take medicine for this give me other suggestions Please give me some suggestion

Good evening sir Or Ma'am Since childhood I'm emotional person, but last 2 yrs I have anger issues. I get anxious if something triggers me, I end calling that person 30-40 times. I slapped my twice when I get angry throw things, I try to control the my mood but can't control it. I get negative thoughts like if my parents or my frnd if they go somewhere like for some trip or something I keep on getting negative thoughts like what if they meet with an accident what if they die, I couldn't control those thoughts. I keep on crying for some minor inconvenience. My symptoms got worse since last 2 yrs

I have overthink anxiety disorder  any other option to cure this without pils or yoga or mediation please guide

I am on paroxetine right now and its not working for my anxiety and overthinling anymore. When i was on opiprol it was good and i have control over many things but now i am feeling panic and anxiety while on paroxetine. I want to start opipramol again What to do please guide

Hi I have been on nexito plus for sometime however I had discontinued in between and I started getting multiple episodes of dizziness and a feeling of roaring / popping feeling inside my ears that made it very uncomfortable for me to do my daily tasks. I want to know does nexito plus has withdrawal symptoms ? I have constant episodes of dizziness specially when I eat or drink something and all my blood reports and vitamin levels are absolutely normal with no deviation . I want to know if I am experiencing withdrawal symptoms of nexito plus and how will this go ? I did consult my psychiatrist after that and she has put me on nexito 5 mg however due to my previous experience with nexito I am a bit hesitant to take this medicine again . Please advice how to get rid of these sensations

Can we give Disulfiram tablet without knowing to him??? Is it safe to quit alcohol?? He already having anxiety and high blood pressure. He is taking lonazep 0.5 and pressure tablet asomex 2.5.
