Hi , I am Jude Serrao aged 19 years, To be honest I have social anxiety and feel overwhelmed in social situations, however honestly speaking I don't really want to be like this so I chose alcohol, I love drinking till I'm totally drunk I feel more confident and I can truly be myself however it's a shame though I need alcohol for it but without it I'm not really sure how I would manage like honestly speaking alcohol numbs down all my anxiety and I'm more bidas and care free and open and I'm really confident when I'm drunk it feels like the best feeling in the world, however it's a path to self destruction in the long run and I'm aware of it plus I honestly want to be more social but without needing alcohol like also without alcohol my journey seems overlming like hell but with alcohol it gives me strength to be truly myself. However I'm not really sure how to heal though, if possible any little suggestions would be appreciated as I'm kinda a bit lost in a sense but to me alcohol is god

I have trouble with self esteem issues. Recently I'm feeling troubled by feeling anxious for seemingly no reason.
