Mental Trauma by family members
Suffering from a trauma I have been going through mental trauma for the past five years which is happening to my family members. Things have gotten so bad now that sometimes suicidal thoughts have come to my mind. I have had 2-3 panic attacks before and now I have difficulty breathing even when I cry.

Since there is on going stresses in your life and symptoms of several anxiety as panic attack & suicidal thoughts are felt, so you must consult a Psychiatrist & discuss in detail regarding your panic attack anxiety, associated features,it's frequency, duration so that medication with relaxation exercises should be planned for proper management

You seem to have severe depression along with panic attacks. Please take proper consultation from psychiatrist. Antidepressants will help you. Once you are better you can start therapy to resolve past trauma. If you are having suicidal ideas, immediately inform to your family members & get admitted in nearest psychiatric care.
