Hello, from the symptoms you have mention, it appears that you are having obsessive compulsive disorder. Sexual thought against family member or for God and which are repetitive, intrusive and which hamper other normal thoughts, and which also produces anxiety and guilt, are characteristic of ocd. Kindly get yourself properly evaluated by Psychiatrist and medications and therapies are available which will definitely cure all your problems.
