Hi,. Iam always having the feeling that iam having some chronic diseases. Somedays I think I have cancer, other days jaundice , pneumonia, etc etc etc. Most of the times iam really afraid that I will get cancer. I don't know why. I had USG abdomen scan. Full body blood report. Everything was good. Not major problems was there. Everybody around me my family members are scolding me or making fun of me that I am always telling I have some health issues. I don't know how to get rid of that.

She has pain in the body and doctor diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Than she started Dulexotine tablet but that time she got good response but now again pain in the body started. We did all advance and basic test for health but there is no finding.Is it similar to fibromyalgia? Nauseaeptive, Neuropathic, Nosyplastic pain , Can we proceed with diagnosis with Amitriptyline drug?

No control on thoughts like sucide and all and have anxity issue from past 1month and no control on shiveriing

I am on Mirtaz since 3 years for my insomnia. But, I want to switch to a different medication, as I have prediabetes, and also, not able to lose belly fat, despite trying all diets, due to slow metabolism. Can I switch to Suvorexant or Doxepin?

My 27-year-old unemployed brother refuses to help at home, disrespects our parents, and blames them for his failures**  I don’t know what to do about my brother. He’s 27, unemployed, and doesn’t contribute to the household in any way. He doesn’t even do the bare minimum, like turning off lights when he leaves his room. He orders fast food every few days instead of eating home-cooked meals. He stays up all night on his laptop or phone and sleeps all day.  The worst part is how he treats our parents. He blames them for his failures and never takes responsibility for his own life. Our father used to be strict when we were kids—he would hit him when he got bad grades—but he has completely changed now. Despite that, my brother still hates him and shows zero respect. My parents are fed up, but they still provide for him financially.  Recently, he had a breakup, and that’s when we even found out he was in a relationship. Even then, my father didn’t say anything, 1000 words limit...

Hi, I'm a 21y old with Generalized anxiety disorder. I've taken consultation with a psychiatrist and been prescribed medication for 6 weeks - Serta 50 (first 10 days) followed by Serta 100 for the rest. Just wanted to know if this medication has any negative effects on concentration and the ability to memorise and learn. I have very important exams coming up, so I need to be able to study. Please guide on whether i should start with the meds or wait a little.
