Hi
Thank you for sharing what you’re going through—it takes strength to put your feelings into words. Feeling lonely and low even when you have a “good” life on the outside can feel very confusing. It doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you—it simply means your emotional needs may not be met, or you’ve lost connection with parts of yourself that gave you joy, purpose, or identity beyond your roles as wife and mother. This is especially common in women who prioritize family but slowly start to feel invisible or emotionally unattended.
To start moving toward healing, begin with three small changes:
1. Start a routine that includes something just for you every day—even if it’s 15 minutes of journaling, walking, or learning something new.
2. Talk to someone—a therapist, a friend, or even a support group. Feeling seen and heard without judgment matters.
3. Name your emotions and validate them instead of suppressing them. Ask yourself: “What am I needing today?” not “Why am I like this?”

The problem you are suffering from looks like depression. In depression, you feel like sad most of the time, feeling tired, no interest in doing work. But it is completely treatable.
