I have porn ADDICTION from last 9 years.now I can't get eraction without watching porn. I want to quit but I can't get eraction. Please give me solution

Whenever my husband get closer to me or try to grt intimate i try to cooperate but i get very angry and uncomfortable and uncontrollable reaction of frustration.my mind is heavy everytime with lot of emotions and wanted to cry my heart out but cant. Hello so I went for an appointment to my doctor and she diagnosed me with ADHD but ended up prescribing fluoxetine which is an antidepressant. I am thinking of asking for a replacement should I??

Frm Aug 2023, I started feeling numb in my head. My throat and nose go paralyzed( sometimes partially, sometimes fully) and when it feels totally paralyzed, I get trouble breathing and swallowing. And my whole body was shaking for next 10 days. I couldn't even fall asleep. Then doctor gave me treatment for falling asleep and for anxiety and depression for 6 months. Still my head didn't feel well. From Jan 2024 I cannot feel my head and it feels jammed. I am forgetful now. My libido has gotten very low. I can't have orgasm. I used to have orgasm easily. Now I don't feel pleasure in my head even after my clitoris is licked. My neck, head , throat, chest all feel jammed/semi paralyzed from inside which makes it hard for me to have orgasm. I cannot feel pleasurable sensation in head during masturbation and sex. Thyroid is normal, basic blood tests are normal, brain MRI - mild narrowing of cavernous part of bilateral internal carotid artery. Neck mri- mild posterior bulge at c3 c4 c5 c6 c7

I am on Nexito Plus in the night and Nexito 10mg in the morning. Right now my sleep quality is not good because of OCD. Can I take higher dose of Nexito Plus to get good sleep?  What is the higher dose of Nexito Plus? What is the tablet name for higher dose of Nexito Plus?

My father was unable to sleep from last 4-5 nights, after taking some antibiotics, so we consult a pshyciatrist, and he prescibed zolpidem 10 mg 1 tablet and zenolanz md 10 1 tablet both after dinner, but after taking that he is speaking nonsense and not sleeping, please suggest fast, it's very urgent.

Why are doctors so hesitant on labelling mental health conditions when the patient clearly exhibits all the symptoms, and, fits all the criteria of the said mental health disorder as provided by the dsm-5 or icd-11? As for my case, having exhibited both psychotic and mood disorder symptoms of schizoaffective disorder(bipolar type) but both psychiatrists I have visited has refused to provide me a diagnosis all the while prescribing exact medication combination that is commonly used to treat schizoaffective disorder. Why keep patients in the dark about their own condition when a name of the disorder is very important in learning about the prognosis of the disorder?
