I have anxiety issues and palpitations sometimes  thats why  i prescribed this betnaaz tr20  betablocker medicine  and after one month it reduces to half and if someone use betnaaz tr20 (propanol 20mg) for 6 months to one year is it safe or can cause first degree heart block

Hi.. the dose is low and doesn't have much effects for a shorter duration. Also it is only symptomatic treatment for anxiety. Ssri may help. Consult online for treatment
