Never take more than prescribed dose of petril ( keeping in view overdose and dependance). Petril is usually helpful only to subside the acute episode of panic. If you have repeated episodes you may have to be started on anti anxiety medications and their adjustment. Use breathing techniques or muscle relaxation techniques along with medication. If symptoms still persist consult psychiatrist for further treatment.

One petril 0.5mg is enough, but to act it will take 20-30 minutes So in anxiety attacks with petril immediate effect not possible, at the same time taking multiple doses will also be not useful because anxiety attacks last for minutes rarely for longer duration
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist and psychologist for treatment and therapies

lifestyle changes avoid self-medicating

Hello, there! I see that you have been dealing with anxiety related issues. Petril is not a permanent solution for your problem . It has addictive properties, there are many better drugs/therapies available compared to Petril. Proper evaluation is needed before prescribing.
Next Steps
Consultation with a Psychiatrist
