I have been prescribed with Pexep cr 12.5 mg and petril md 0.25 mg once a day each for my anxiety problem. Is it ok to have more than 1 dose of petril in a single day in case I need to take it as an sos?

Hi, Yes, it can be taken on sos basis but that will be a temporary solution and of course will come with a risk of dependence in the long term if taken very liberally. For sustainable treatment, other medication changes need to be done.
Next Steps
Kindly discuss with your consultant Psychiatrist

Yes you can take it as SOS but the other medication dose is less. We have to increase it for proper anxiety treatment. Paroxetine 12.5mg is very less.
Next Steps
You can take it as SOS. For dose optimization please consult Psychiatrist or online
