Hi, both belong to the group of antidepressants, more specifically selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs) . Pexep is Paroxetine and Nexito is Escitalopram (These are generic names of these medicines).
Although SSRIs in general do not have major side effects and are safe and both are equally effective. Escitalopram has comparatively lesser side effects when compared to Paroxetine.
