Hi
What you’re experiencing is a very intense anxiety and panic cycle where your body is going into repeated fight–flight mode, which is why you feel breathless, chest tightness, and fear along with intrusive self-harm thoughts. It’s important to understand that these symptoms are real but treatable, and needing “stronger” medication usually means the root anxiety isn’t being managed properly yet. Instead of switching medicines on your own, you need a structured approach where a psychiatrist adjusts a long-term medication for anxiety and gives a short-term SOS option safely. Your sleep disturbance and panic are connected, so stabilizing your baseline anxiety will naturally improve both.
Right now, focus on immediate grounding when panic hits by slowing your breathing and reminding yourself that this is a surge, not a threat, and it will pass. But since you’re also having suicidal or self-harm thoughts, this is not something to handle alone you need professional support as soon as possible. Please don’t experiment with medications without guidance, as it can worsen your condition. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Hi, you seem to be using PetrilMD tablet, which is not adequate for your condition. You have to consult a psychiatrist. You have to start a course of antidepressants, and the selection of antidepressants will be based on your entire history of your age, weight, severity, and duration of symptoms. And if you are feeling suicidal, you have to attend a CBT sessions regularly, and it also depends on whether you are having any addictions like alcohol, smoking, etc.
It also depends on what are the precipitating factors, aggravating factors, sleep pattern

Petril md is used only as a symptomatic drug. Meaning when you are Anxious it would simply decrease your heart rate and would make you feel like it's less scary. I provide online consultation and therapy support. We can plan a better plan with medications that would treat the illness and not just temporarily supress it along with therapy if you need
