Anger issues
I once overcame depression on my own, but now, during trauma, suicidal thoughts come. I have had anger issues for a long time, which is why I hurt people close to me.I can't focus on my career and studies & my family knows nothing about this situation and even when I was in depression. But that trauma i cannot handle my own.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out and sharing such a deeply personal and painful experience. First, I want to acknowledge your strength—it takes immense courage to speak up, especially when you’ve been carrying this burden alone for so long. From what you've shared, it seems that you're dealing with layers of emotional pain, unresolved trauma, recurring suicidal thoughts, anger, and difficulty concentrating on your goals—all without the support of your family. It's understandable that it feels overwhelming right now, especially since this trauma feels too heavy to manage by yourself. Please know that you do not have to go through this alone. What you're experiencing is valid, and it is treatable with the right support. Therapy can help you process trauma safely, understand and manage your anger, learn healthier coping strategies, and slowly rebuild focus and motivation. I strongly encourage you to consult a mental health professional for an in-depth assessment and ongoing support. If you're ever in immediate danger or overwhelmed by suicidal thoughts, please reach out to a crisis helpline or visit the nearest hospital. Your life matters, and there is help available. You’ve taken the first step by speaking up—keep going. Healing is possible.
