Thank you for sharing your pain, doing that takes immense strength. You’ve been battling this for a long time, and it’s understandable how exhausting that must be for you.
Given the number of medications and the ongoing symptoms, it may be time to revisit your treatment plan with a psychiatrist. You can consider a thorough reassessment or second opinion.
In parallel, therapy with a clinical psychologist can help you process these deep feelings of loneliness, hopelessness, and disconnection.
You are carrying a lot, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed because of that. With the right support, healing is possible. So don’t give up just yet. Reach out for support.
Next Steps
Get a second psychiatric opinion, and get yourself re-evaluated. Start taking therapy, it might help.
Hi
What you’re going through sounds like major depressive disorder, possibly mixed with anxiety. The symptoms—loss of interest, libido issues, shaking, social withdrawal, emotional overwhelm, and hopeless thoughts—are all signs that your mind and body are exhausted. Feeling like “why am I alive” is your brain’s way of crying for help, not giving up.
You are not alone, and this can be treated. You need urgent professional help—a psychiatrist for medication to stabilize you, and a psychologist for therapy to help you process your pain and rebuild.
Please don’t wait. Your life has value. This phase can pass with the right support.

Hi Sir.
Im really sorry to hear that you are going through so much. Sir I really recommend you to consult a psychiatrist, as all these medications do cater to your problem, but we have no information regarding the dosages or the duration of these treatments. Your issue is definitely mental health related and it can be resolved for sure. Please consult so that we can shift you to minimum number of medicines for an adequate time to resolve all your problems. The minimum amount of continuous treatment required is 6-9 months for medicines. Only after consultation we can decide what went wrong. Hoping for your speedy recovery.
