Absolutely possible. In fact, that's the first step to help. You have to be your support. But that won't happen in a day. But, we can start from here and you'll slowly become a person who doesnt even need a family support and be handling yourself perfectly. I know it sounds impossible now. But, it's absolutely possible with the right therapy and care. Dont lose hope. You are not alone, even if your family isnt by your side. Take care!

Thank you for reaching out. It’s not easy to ask for help- especially when family support feels absent. But please know that healing is absolutely possible even without family support. Your awareness of your declining mental health is a vital first step toward recovery. You are not alone. Many people heal with the right mental health support system, including therapy, self-care, and consistent medical guidance.
Next Steps
1. Consult a Mental Health Professional If you haven’t already, please see a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. There are many evidence-based therapies (like CBT or DBT) that can help you regain control and hope. 2. Use Helplines and NGOs In India, helplines like iCall or AASRA(contact numbers available online), are free, confidential, and available 24/7. You don’t have to go through this alone.
Health Tips
Try small, consistent habits: journaling, meditation, exercise, or just keeping a routine. These give a sense of stability during chaos.

I understand, madam. Don't worry, we are all here to help you. If possible arrange a consultation online via this app itself. Atleast the first one you take online and follow the advised treatment. Once you improve enough you'll be able to physically go and get a psychiatrist consultation in your area. Don't think this is the end, it just feels like it now since you are suffering from depression. It is not, I assure you. Things will get better. Don't give up on yourself.
