I was in ocd treatment since 2023 and taking fluvoxamine cr 100 mg daily.I left the medicines 2 months back..now few days back the ocd symptoms are back and in more aggressive way.Even fluvoxin is also not responding.what should i do..

Discontinuing medicines abruptly can lead to sudden worsening of symptoms. Restarting fluvoxin may help, but it may take upto 12 weeks for medication to show effect. You may require additional medication at this time. Along with medication, learning behavioral therapy skills is helpful so that you can cope with symptoms without medication.
