During initial phase of treatment one can take one by one medicine trial. After 2 unresponsive trial, combination therapy can be started from different class of drugs.

Fluoxamine and Fluoxetine, both are SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors and both are good for OCD. Sometimes if someone doesn’t respond to one molecule or can’t tolerate it, another option can be considered. But if partial response is achieved, augmentation with molecules like clomipramine, aripirazole, memantine may be helpful.
Next Steps
OCD may need a little higher dose and longer medication for recovery.
Health Tips
CBT along with medication may help.
