Fluvoxamine - chances of Gastritis
I have switched from Fluoxetine to Fluvoxamine as I got acute gastritis as side effects. Can Fluvoxamine also cause Gastritis as side effect? What should I do now, should I stop Fluvoxamine until gastritis heels or can I continue on a low dose 50mg CR while taking medication for gastritis? I am taking Fluvoxamine for OCD + MDD

To decrease gastritis you can:
1. Take lowest possible dose.
2. Take extended release formulation of medicine.
3. Take medicine after major meals.
4. Take medicine in divided doses.
5. Add medicine for gastritis.
