Fluvoxamine for ocd
Hi, i have predominant obsession type ocd, currently i am taking escitalopram 20 mg in the morning and fluvoxamine 100 mg tab at night. Now my doctor increased fluvoxamine dose to 150 mg .. So how should i take it , 150 whole tab at night  or 50 mg in the morning and 100 mg at night ? ( I can tolerate 150 mg dose ) And i am taking other ssri in the morning so is it ok to take two ssris simultaneously? Plzz tell me.

I am not a psychiatrist, so ethically i cant tell u the dose of those medicines.But as i am a dr. And also a counselling psychologist, i can tell u to take help from psychologist. U must go through counselling sessions, bcz ocd is best treated with counselling. Change of ur thought pattern is the main treatment strategy. Hope this is helpful
