I will not say that fluvoxamine is better than fluoxetine. However, research has shown that certain medicines or medicine combinations have a particularly good response with certain conditions. You can safely continue with these medicines as prescribed.

They are good medicines, to understand the subtypes of medication efficacy if you study neuroanatomy, neurophysiology and neuro chemistry and a little bit of neurpsychopharmacology then it would be easier to understand and comprehend. Good luck

All ssri  medicines good , although every doctor has own choice .Fluoxamie has better efficacy and safety profile on OCD
