Hi.. Nexito can cause sleep disturbances in some people. So if you are having the same after taking it .. you can take it in the morning after breakfast. However discuss with your treating psychiatrist.

Escitalopram (brand name - Nexito) is known to cause some difficulty sleeping in a few people. Hence it is usually advised to be taken during day time. But it can be taken at night as well if you're not having that complaint. Just ensure that you're taking the tablet after a meal as Escitalopram may cause acidity if taken empty stomach
