Lithium is a good choice for treating bipolar disorder. 300mg is the lowest dose. Kidney related problems may occur only in patients who are taking it at high doses of around 1200mg. Hence we do Se. Lithium levels monitoring to ensure that the dose that is prescribed is at a therapeutic dose and not exceeding that range. Beyond 1.1 is considered lithium toxicity. Hope that clarifies your doubt.

Lithosun 300 mg = low starting dose of lithium → safe with monitoring.
Nexito 10 mg = standard SSRI dose, safe.
Combination is commonly used for bipolar depression.
The most important thing is regular blood tests and not adjusting the dose yourself.
