Reversal of sleep can have many causes. Try to not sleep in the daytime as that will affect quality of sleep in the night. Cut down on caffeine and screen time before bed. Make sure your room is ambient temperature. Sometimes warm showers before bed also help. Restrict use of bed only for sleep, and refrain from doing work on the bed. If there is a medical cause behind sleep reversal then that needs to be investigated as well.
Hi Sir.
It sounds like you’re having trouble in initiation of sleep. If despite taking Lorazepam 2mg, the issue is not getting resolved, it means there is some other underlying cause which is leading to sleep deprivation. For that I would need to take a detailed history and only after that one can elicit exactly what the issue is and which medicine will be suiting your needs. Kindly consult and do not self medicate with Lorazepam or any other sedative on your own.
