Fatigue related to anxiety in Menopause
I am Post menopausal woman . Was prescribed  & inserted Mirena for overbleeding in 2019 . That didn't worked well so started taking Hormonal combination pill from 2020 to regularise periods. In December 2023 I stopped Harmonal pill & Mirena was taken out in February 2024 . Since April 2024 satrted having cronic fatigue , dry mouth, noise & light sensitivity etc . Except fatigue all were treated with homeopathic medicines. My Physician suggested Stress test, Nerological opinion, ECG, 2DEco, everything is normal. B12, D , Iron , Kidney test is normal. So went to Endocronologist who suggested Pari12.5 mg which is antidepressant which gave fire like feeling in stomach So has to  stop on just one pill. Our Physician suggested Nexito 5mg took 2 pills which gave symptoms such as bloating, breathlessness, Chakkar like feeling . My DHEA-S & Estradiol is low. What will be effective for me?
