Hi doctors, when i think about something dangerous i get a feeling of hot rush, sudden hot sensation and i go in panic mode, hand shakes due to fear. All this things stays for 30 seconds max.
This happens only when i think something of fear like sudden cardiac arrest etc. I did ecg echo and tmt and thyroid check even lipid. Everything is normal.
Please doctors help if it is a panic disorder or something related to brain tumor etc.

Hi
This is panic disorder or health anxiety, not a brain tumor. Your normal ECG, Echo, TMT, thyroid, and lipid tests confirm it’s anxiety-related.
The hot rush, shaking, and fear are classic panic attack symptoms, triggered by catastrophic thoughts. Brain tumors don’t cause such brief, sudden episodes.
Solution:
• CBT therapy
• Breathing & grounding exercises

Hi, I appreciate that you reached out with your concern.
I suggest you to consult clinical psychologist and also consider psychodynamic test to find out if there is any personality issue which may be contributing to this. Tailored strategies to your specific needs with professional psychologist will help you.
In the meantime, consider incorporating calming practices such as deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, and progressive muscle relaxation into your daily routine. These techniques can help regulate your body’s stress response. Also, aim to maintain a nutritious diet, engage in light physical activity as tolerated, and prioritize restorative sleep.
