I think Too much what can I do? I consumed by the same thought over and over again. I analyzed the same situation from a million angles.i think negative about everything.

There is therapy called rational behaviour therapy. This therapy will help you to try think rationally in any situation. Find near by therapist who is trained in REBT. After few sessions you can think rationally.
