Hello, From past 3 years I'm very distrubed after delivery.If baby cry my inlaw will fight with me you made baby cry for small things we are fighting even with my husband he doesn't support me always blame me simply no love no interest.I feel like he got married only for the sake of child and I get irritated and angry no support only always I feel depressed and feel like taking divorce.pls suggest some medicine

Respected Doctors, May I take Zolfresh 5 mg SoS for sleep issue. Ongoing meds - CCB, Beta Blocker and Statin. Is it safe. Please guide. Regards

Since I have heard that for some reason my grandfather cursed to a man after their fight that in future your grand children will die, ..and unfortunately they died when they were young.. And I have seen commentator to curse batsman of got out, and they got out..and many incidents once a person of my office said to me that I will die single (kunwara) when friendwas  teasing me about getting married.. But I don't know where it came into my mind that ohhh if it will happen tahn what...and it stucked in my mind...and it became anxiety that I will die single, on my wedding day and more... What should I do... please help...what should I do..it is vary scary

Hello Doctor I am 33 year old male.. I recently got to know I have rheumatoid arthritis. I was very upset and searched a lot on internet and all. After that I opted for a healthy lifestyle and feeding habits to reduce my weight by 17 kg. Now I have totally manage my RA symptoms and report with no medication. But due to my overthinking nature and slightly negative attitude I always have a fear of having or developing  some serious illness. When such feeling comes I feel anxious,  light bodied and fearful. What to do please suggest. Secondly sleep is not very sound...seems like most of the times sleep in dreams.

I am suffering with constipation from 2001. Suffering one year after I am going to a general md he prescribe try cyclic anti depressants . Relief after3years from constipation , those time I was using alcohol monthly 4 to 5 times .it was become chronic from 2015. Any type of laxatives does not relief , and become worsen . U was treating with all ssri snri drugs and almost 90% of available drugs but not relief . Present take desvenlafaxine 200 mg and Murtaza pine 7.5mg mild releif with them . I was going to nimhans 6 times and I consult 20 and above psychiatrists. Present I was understand my doctor accept that somatic disorder with constipation . In this constipation anal sphincture muscles are tighten , it was cause chronic sons riparian. Use fingers to remove the stools stuck in the sphincter , not take food sufficient , and constipation cause ingunal hernia right and left, prostate neck obstruction. Going surgeries recent. I am basically depression ,anxiety patient.

Hi After delivery my wife got postpartum depression, my wife delivered on March 10th 2025, now 22 days she is suffering from postpartum depression not able to do daily activities, how to cure it, please suggest me and help me..

I am having unbearable enxiety in stomach brain related maybe due to release of stress harmones since last 4 days and complete loss of appetite I am only taking liquids. All stomach test are normal Doctor has told me to take rexipra 10mg And etilaam 0.25 Ealier same situation was controlled 2 years before with clonzapam 0.25  when same. Which medicine is good. Plz suggest

FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS IM SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION ESPECIALLY IRRITATION. THE IRRITATION PART HAS MADE MY LIFE HELL.I CANNOT CONCERATE ON WORK N MY FAMILLY LIFE IS DULL BEACAUSE OF IRRITATION. PLZ SUGGEST SOME GOOD TABLET WHICH REMOVES MY IRRITATION N RELAXES MY MIND.
