It's  been many days I am trying to find a solution via chat consultation. So why don't any psychiatrist doctor understand and assist me in a way I am comfortable even if I do video consultation I won't speak a word, so someone any psychiatrist doctor understand and proceed with chat consultation please, ain't there's way to be flexible am trying to better my life am not asking free suggestions I'll pay for the consultation. Psychiatrist doctor please help me i keep on asking and I get no clear confirmation. And please don't tell me that chat consultation is time consuming it doesn't take that long I'll explain my condition and you'll give me cbt tasks and thinking patterns and meds when to take which med in which situation , and I'll consult again if wanted to. But that doesn't mean you give me poor treatment give me the best, like proper treatment with no side effects or any non working ways and i also have pcod, Give me the best treatment. I respect every psychiatrist doctor 😇

I have ADHD, and my doctor prescribed methylphenidate, but it didn’t help me in both immediate-release and extended-release forms. Now, do I have only the option of Atomoxetine, or can I try a different brand of methylphenidate? Does the brand also matter in terms of effectiveness? Looking for multiple advices from doctors and others who have experience with this.
