Hi, I face panic attacks almost every 2 months. My last psychiatrist 3 years ago was biased towards not taking meds and diagnosed me anxiety disorder and mild adhd, but I would like to look into that. The symptoms are short breathness, buzzing in the ears, intense fear, and SNS very active. Breathing techniques does not help! I have tried but they make it worse even though they should technically help, there is a psychological trigger but that would be better to discuss with therapist. 54321 method does work but I have to be on call with someone as because of low self esteem problems, I can't help myself. My friend with similar problems suggested me try SSRIs. Now, taking them everyday I dont know how will it work out for me, Im guessing my serotonin response will be less once I leave them, but I dont know how antidepressent work. So, benzidiaphenes would be something I would be looking for, they are dangerous. But I am sure its a better tradeoff. What should be my plan of action?

I have a skill test after ten days for which I have to write in shorthand after listening to the speaker. As the exam is coming closer, my tests are getting worse. I am getting very anxious. My tests are getting worse due to nervousness in the test room. Instead of increasing, my marks in the test are decreasing. I forget even the things I remember. My heart beats increase. Please suggest me a tablet to avoid nervousness and anxiety. If this happens on the day of the exam, what will happen to all my hard work? Please help me, I will be grateful to you.

Dear dr from last 3 days mine head is feeling heavy not paining I am on psychiatrist medicine I am taking mine medicine on time from last 2 days I had worst headache and mine head is feeling heavy not paining but mine neck and back is paining alot ... I did mine Ecg is normal blood pressure normal feeling weak ess in body and legs Heart rate also normal Oxygen level also normal . M 10yr married woman. My married life is scary.i sperated 2022.now. during last 2yr, i see any wedding ceremony in my surroundings i feel anxiety. Last yr i admitted in hospital due to panick attack. Hello sir/mam my social anxiety started from childhood I love my mom and was always worried about is she okey so going to school is not what I used to like. Then from 6th standard because of wrong guardian influence I started talking in a way I was influence that got me into trouble, from then I doubted to speak confidently after 10th it even Got worse because of other person who's friend not friend now controlled me and removed my confidence in that friendship I lost most of comfort to communication them after that I struggled with insecurity I stayed at home without going out. Insecurity is gone but social anxiety got stronger, when I talk to new people I shiver shake I don't personally feel fear of people but my body automatically shiver shake jittery talking and heart with also beat fast. I told my story of anything wanna know please ask doctor and for treatment I'll pay like for prescription of meds I'll pay to take prescription.
