My sister has been going through a lot of stress due to relationship problem this year Things has been in good terms and bad terms with her boyfriend and friend. They are having a lot of conflict. Earlier it was ok but now it is taking a toll on her. She is missing classes, not willing to do anything and skipping meals as well. She wants thing to get better but she is also hopeless that anything will align anytime soon. She feels like leaving college and coming back to home. She constantly feels that no one actually cares foe her even when she is sharing how she feels person aren't validating her emotions and she is left alone everytime. This all makes her feel worthless and as if she is all alone and no one actually cares or wants her in their life. What should be done now?

I have severe anxiety, lack of concentration, anger issue .. So much headache, fear issue.and many more. I consult to psychiatrist too. But after stop medicines i got same problem. Now i can't afford to pay that much money to psychiatrist.. I did counselling too but only once... Please help me if anyone can help🙏

I m 35years old...I had problem in sleeping..doctor prescribed me Relixol..2times a day..and alfadep tablet..and cilapam..being afraid I only took alfadep one tablet once jst for the first time...after that I don't know why I having unusual thinking pattern.. somtimes feeling depressed..sometimes suicidal feeling coming.. sometimes thinking unusual..focusing on my head sometimes..are these side-effects of alfadep tablet..that I took once..?what should I do ..I m being obsessive about my thoughts..pls help

I am patient of health anxiety continue checking bp and heartbeat.. whenever I stand up or walking heartbeat is about 110-115 or still increasing during talking to someone face to face and comes to 98 after 30 min of resting and in night time it goes to 82-86 range. In last 6 months i do ECG for 2 times. I take opinion of many cardiologist in practo. They all said normal ECG but ECG shows sinus tachycardia. I take betacap 20 mg. This medicine  makes condition worse and give very bad panic attack bp goes to 180/110 and heartbeat 150. After I take petril 0.25 mg 2 tablets. After 1 hour bp goes to 116/75 and heartbeat 85. During talking and walking my heart is racing due to this fear. I always lay down on my bed. I have frequent  panic attack when heartbeat goes to 130..Some cardiologist on internet tell fast heartbeat die early. I am so much anxious please give me a expert advice.. please help 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hi My mom making me feel I'm orphan. Only supporting my sister. My husband good n my 4 year daughter my world. My in laws to they need money from him but love elam for his sister. Hello Doctor, I was earlier prescribed Flunil 20 mg for my mental illness (ocd ) However, I developed severe itching with red rashes all over my body, especially around the thighs and legs. I consulted a psychiatrist who changed my medicine to Fluvoxamine 25 mg, but the same symptoms reappeared — intense itching, red patches on the skin, and also insomnia started within 2 days of starting the medication. Please advise me on what I should do now. I was taking this for my mental health condition, but these side effects are getting difficult to tolerate. Looking forward to your guidance. Thank you.
