Hello. I'm on anxiety medication -flumet plus , lona fest and ketrip. Recently i have been feeling that i cannot feel any emotion as I used to earlier. I feel anxious and sad but cannot cry. What is this? Is it normal and if not then what to do

I have been diagnosed with ADHD with my previous doctor but unfortunately her only help was to make me pray, I know meditation and other Hindu practices are helpful but that was not the help i was looking for. Now it's almost a year later and I want to go for an online consultation to hopefully get medication, is it a good idea?

Respected Doctors, Attached are my Hb1ac and Lipid profile done on 8/6/2025.On nexito 10 and Quitipin 50 from 21/3/2025.Weight gain has happened but quitipin helped a lot in sleep.May i taper the dose to 25 mg now. Pls suggest. Regards

I seem to have developed insomnia. I barely get any sleep, and I get random panic attacks, not visual but mental. I lose sight of what to do and what to think. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm getting constant self-harming thoughts but I don't know what to do. I know it's not right so I don't do anything. Please help.
