Thank you for sharing. Financial stress, especially when paired with social pressure and family responsibilities, can severely affect emotional regulation. It's understandable that repeated blame, gossip, and judgment from others are triggering intense emotional reactions.
Hereâs what can help:
Focus on whatâs within your control â step-by-step financial planning, not on othersâ opinions.
Practice grounding techniques to manage anger and impulsive reactions.
Consider brief counseling to process your emotions, improve self-regulation, and strengthen communication skills.
Remind yourself: change takes time. Youâre already showing accountability and awareness, which is a strong starting point.

I completely understand of your current emotional and financial stress। Feeling judged by others, being in debt, and being reminded of past mistakes can affect a person's mental health। When you are in such a situation, it is normal to feel angry, overwhelmed, or even short-tempered।
Already, you have taken a significant first step by being candid and open about your situation. You are committed to repaying every rupee, and you know it will take time। This demonstrates matureness, courage, and responsibility।
I have to appreciate your resilience and will power. All these issues are not permanent. Persistence is the key. Keep going strong.
And at the same time you need the help of a psychiatrist. So take a proper consultation... discuss your symptoms more clearly
