Sir
Actually i had suffered health anxiety around 6 weeks back.
I have consulted psychiatrist for that, he suggested me nexito 5mg and cloam 0.5mg
I used it for 15 days and felt fine. So have consulted psychiatrist again and informed him about my condition of being fine. first he said to continue medication, but on my request he said if u feel fine then stop medication else use them.
I stopped medication for 22 days, then after that i had nerve pulling issue behind my neck and anxiety health issue thoughts were repeating again. So i started medication.
Even from before, i am socially fine with every one, fine with family and friends, even professionally fine. Doing my job with some sort of discomfort(traveling & getting tired)but still i am able to do it.
I only have some sort of fear of certain situations.
I am using pramper forte(escitlopram 10mg and clonazepam 0.5mg) feel fine.
How long dose it take to be fine. Please guide me in this.

Medication duration is different for different people. You have to find out about your thoughts and stressors and address them. Relaxation techniques will help you recover faster.
