I had first panic attack since 2 years ago after that I was in depression. Since past 2 3 month I had a severe anxiety .I take etilaam pro 20 and paroxitine 12.5 and tofisopam in the morning and suzodon0.5 with etilaam pro and suzodon at night since 1 month but not so much relief.can I change medicine plz guide me.and also my anxiety on top pic in most of evening time.

Hello Doctors, My IgE levels are extremely high (8,000), and a skin prick test confirmed a histamine allergy (score: 6). I’ve struggled with depression, and after multiple failed antidepressants, my psychiatrist prescribed Vortioxetine, which I’ve been taking for 10 days. Since Vortioxetine affects both serotonin and histamine levels, I’m worried it might worsen my allergy. So far, no major reactions, but I want to be cautious. Should I continue, consult my doctor for an alternative, or is there no need to worry? Any advice would be appreciated.

I am suffering from anxiety disorder from last 1.5 years . Overthinking is eating me up. I always feel like I m going to have a heart attack or stroke. I couldn't concentrate on my work. It is very difficult to survive. Currently I am taking paroxetine cr 12.5 from last 2 months & clonazepam 0.5 from last 1 month but no one is showing. Please help me to come out from this problem.

I am on sertraline 100 mg . I have not dewormed my stomach for 2 years . I want to take a deworming pill called albendazole . Can I take while I am on sertraline . I am confused .

I did ct,ecg,tmt and all blood test all reports are ok ...but I need to take deep breaths  and swallowing frequently..some time hyperventilation even in morning after wake up for few minutes.. Even during walking I need to take deep breaths frequently and overbreathing I was diagnosed with GAD one year ago ..but what's reason behind this symptoms

My daughter has adenoid which is in control now but she always gets cold viral infection cough according to doctor she is fine and she will be better as she grows up but I can't see her cough 1 wk she will be fine and later again cough starts daily I'm crying cant see her like that sometime feel like why my child should go through this .I take care of her so much still she will fall sick .where as some kids don't follow any healthy life style still they will be fine .she was healthy before going school after joining school repeated episode of cough has started this really effecting me a lot . Is it health anxiety

I have problem of pure ocd i seen death scene people in family closed ones I know it's not real though I tried erp try to ignore but it feels how should I ignore somebody I love it's painfull distressing can't cope I have adhd also

Hello to all the doctors here, i have been getting treatment for my ocd and depression from various places in india and have been prescribed many ssri snri and plenty of other antidepressants in past 5 years, with all of them i get really too bad brain fog, anhedonia, low libido as a side effect which i have told my doctors to fix but they can't accept that it's causing me that problem and dont try to fix the problem whereas i find emsam ( selegilline ) patches which is maoi classed antidepressant used for MDD FDA approved and it has anti inflammatory and neuro protecting properties which also helps with CFS which i have not been diagnosed with but I'm pretty sure with that because i have bad cortisol and fatigue problems. I have a request or question, is there any psychiatrist there who practices or prescribes maoi's if yes then I'm willing to consult him.
