I got admitted cuz of upset stomach i was taking alcohol heavy drinking and cuz of admission it was sudden withdraw and after two days i got sezuire docs give me libiruim and lorazepam at night and after discharge for five day and for n xt ten days i got only one sezuire brain ct came normal and i m not taking alcohol but i want to know can i take occasionally in limit

For anxiety disorder i was prescribed with Venlafaxine 75mg initially for two weeks. Now its escalated to 75+37.5mg by my psychiatrist. So total of 112.5mg at once in the night is too much? Im scared to take this much. Btw im having long term and relapsing anxiety disorder from last 3 years. After the treatment its goes and relapses. Earlier meds were nexito and peroxitine. But its didn't work this time and i was precribed with Venlafaxine

Sir, I am on sertraline medication on 100mg for 1 year, but from some days I am feeling severe brain fog, weakness, disoriented, I am feeling my medicine is not working properly on me. Is there any risks in taking sertraline, if this sertraline has left one month of expiry date? Please clear my doubt and suggest me any solution

When I get up in morning I m exhausted because I see horrible dreams.its happening from my childhood bit it's keeps worsening as I grow up.i see too much dark places and I keep running from something dangerous.someone keep attacking me in my dreams and it happen very frequently.its not like once in month it happen in 4-5 days a week .in the morning I feel so tired and exhausted .I rarely get a good sleep.its a health issues or mental issues ??

I'm 24. I was on several antidepressants, anticonvulsants, mood stabilisers, etc from 2021 August to 2022 December post which I stopped taking them. I have had episodes of severe anxiety wherein my brain gets extremely foggy, and I get something which is more or less like a mini-seizure. I start shaking, stuttering and say gibberish. Even if I try to make sense, I am unable to speak. Secondly, I have been experiencing electric shocks in my brain that feel like thunderbolts or very loud drums and are debilitating. They don't hurt but they immobilise me. It comes and goes in 30 second intervals and sometimes is accompanied with a ringing sound in my ear (both phenomena are distinguishable and occur simultaneously) I also have increased migraines and insomnia. Although, the insomnia seems to be triggered by more a phobia of sleep than much else. My own psychiatrist suggested Propanolol, and it helps a bit. But I don't want to be on any antidepressants again. Please advise

For the past 3 months I have had my mood up and down with severe insomnia and headache as well now fasting month not that much improvement headache with insomnia I am facing i hope you will help me thank you

Because of financial problems I am mentally stressed need. Good counseling what should I do and also weight is gaining because of stress I stress eat too

Zolcalm 5 Mg and clocalm 1 mg has been prescribed by DR . Is it safe to take for short duration for sleep related issues .

Am I strong woman I removed my pregnancy alone no one checked on me during pregnancy my husband and I have to stay in long distance bcoz of his work so throughout pregnancy I was alone but now his family is asking about my child it makes me think why now they want to see my child..my husband also never says any appreciation words to me. I and baby stay alone solely take care of him...why I feeling that way am I being selfish or protective for baby I don't like anyone touching my baby I don't know why I behaving this way...removed most of the phase alone
