Hi It sounds like your cognitive symptoms—confusion, poor focus, memory issues—have worsened despite two medication rounds. This isn’t something to ignore. Sometimes, certain medications can intensify brain fog and fatigue instead of helping, especially if your system is sensitive or if the root cause (like unresolved trauma, anxiety, or depression) isn’t being addressed through therapy alongside medication. Since you’re still on meds, don’t stop abruptly—but you must inform your psychiatrist now, not after 12 days. Share exactly what’s worsened. Also, parallel therapy is essential—no medicine can fix thinking, memory, and clarity alone. Therapy helps rebuild cognitive strength, manage emotional overload, and get to the root of the fog. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

As per my view, you should consult your psychiatrist with all treatment records with respective dose and duration records that you have mentioned. You should also discuss what symptoms improve or what have remained and if new symptoms emerged . If you are not satisfied with your psychiatrist, with all records you have to consult another doctor. In my opinion, you should take a consultation with the same doctor .
