Difficulty understanding complex stuff
29. M. 5'6". 72 kg. I have been having difficulty caring about stuff and understanding complex problems. My grandmother's sweaters one hand and one side had got tied up together in sleep. I couldn't be bothered to solve the mess also I was having difficulty understanding what had actually gone wrong with sweater. This happens about most stuff I wouldn't be bothered about anything and if I do I have difficulty time actually understanding the mess or any problem.

The brain is a complex neural network responsible for a wide range of functions, including attention, concentration, memory, emotions, executive functioning, language, and motor control. Each individual possesses a unique set of neural networks that interact to shape their skill sets, reactive patterns, problem-solving abilities, and overall cognitive functioning. While some of these abilities are genetically determined, others can be enhanced or modified through learning and experience. If your inherent cognitive patterns present challenges in solving complex issues, then less can be modified here, but if you have noticed a decline in previously established problem-solving abilities or other cognitive functions, a detailed evaluation of your history is crucial to identify potential underlying causes.
Next Steps
In either scenario, consulting a psychiatrist can provide valuable insight and guidance toward effective management and possible improvement.
