You both need to consult a Psychiatrist as the cause might be more emotional and psychological rather than physical. In a neutral setting you may be able to express yourself more clearly and both of you may be counselled in this regards. sexual intimacy is very important in a couple's life and you should not hesitate to seek professional help.
