Hi Hi, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you have a tendency to worry about future problems and health issues, even when things are currently okay. The more you check, analyze, or seek reassurance, the stronger the anxiety often becomes. Ignoring the anxious thoughts completely isn’t always possible, but you can learn to notice them without engaging with them. When a fear comes up, try telling yourself: “This is a worry, not a fact. I don’t need to solve it right now.” Set aside a specific 15-minute “worry time” each day. If worries arise outside that time, gently postpone them until then and return your attention to what you’re doing. If overthinking is becoming frequent or distressing, CBT can be very helpful. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

So what I am understanding is that you are describing  illness anxiety disorder. It's the anxiety of having a illness. So what happens is our brain works on threat principle. When you will think about something a lot, it will automatically interpret it as dangerous and because of that it will start becoming alert on things that are actually not threatening. This continues and the anxiety becomes overwhelming. With proper support it's completely treatable. I provide online consultation and therapy support you can contact me directly on seven eight seven seven six three nine six eight two.
