I am facing a problem in masturbating since 4 5 years when I masturbate it's okay i have no problem. but when i going to eject my sperm out I think something always bad and after that my mind says you shouldn't do anything until you think something good during ejection. U should learn to deal with ur stress.Masterbation is not a way to deal ur stress.
Live a healthy life ,spent quality time with ur family ,friends.
