Anxiety - Workout
Hi Doctor , For last 12 months I'm on Prodep & last 3-4 months I'm stable on 10 mg Prodep . Recently I starred gym & started doing exercise & weight training . I take my breakfast then Prodep 10 mg & before gym black coffee & then go for gym at 12 noon .. I do for 45 min .. once I'm back I feel some anxiety ; there is energy but also some level of anxiety and thinking which was not there before o started the gym .. now I'm confused is this post workout anxiety normal ? What's the solution . Please help .

Try avoid black coffee. If anxiety persists even after stopping, need to evaluate for other symptoms or stress if present
