So I have anxiety since long time. I love fitness and workouts (currently i am not doing any workout) i have felt that whenever i do pushups or pull-ups i feel heavy and weak around my chest area like something has placed on it. I feel racing heart more often but when my treatment was going on and i was doing full body workout including pushup and pull-up i never felt such things but now few 10-15 pushup making me feel such way. What can be the root cause? I want to do workout.

Can melatonin supplement cause weight gain as side effects? I easily gain weight as medicine side effects And I am using melatonin supplement from last 15 days,and gained 4 kg Is it because of melatonin supplement ?

When I watch a lot of short form content like shorts, reels, etc. or sometimes even play video games for a long time, it feels like I have drained my brain and depleted my dopamine for the day. I feel some headache, mostly its due to posture. There is a sense of guilt for wasting the time. But the physical/mental  numbness/desire not to move might be what concerns me. I have mild ADHD diagnosed 3 years ago, I dont know if that comes into role. Similar feeling arises after narcotic use or even a long day burn out from office. Can someone tell me why this happens, and what are the exact problems with consuming short form content...

Doctor has prescribed me to take Vantaxa 5mg , I do understand that I am taking under doctors supervision . But whenever I buy this tablet people r telling be careful while you take this tablet . Is this tablet have any side effects ? Is it absolutely safe to consume this for anxiety issues ? Pls help

Before 2 years I got breakup then i went to depression . I was suffered a lot.then now i started sleeping properly .I suffered with thyroid .i built my lifestyle again but still i am not able to sense hear  or feel anything properlyin mind. Only blankness there in my mind .not able to obserb .please give me some suggestions.

I was heavy alcoholic some days ago i got loose motions so got admitted in hospital next day i got pancreatitis attack and doc put me on npo all going good just pain but after one more day auddenly i got strange feeling i saw colors infront of eyea and in one minute i got sezuire which last more then five minutes then i gain conciousness doca put me in icu immediately and kept me thr for one day i didnt get another sezuire its been 10 days now i want to know if thr ia still any chance of another sezuire i am on libiruim tds and lorazepam HS and for another 8 days doc told me take these am i still prone to sezuire if i leave these meds i m not taking alcohol any more and will not ever ai want to know am i sezuire free now its was only once in life and not get another till yet ct came normal what should i do

It's  been many days I am trying to find a solution via chat consultation. I have ADHD, and my doctor prescribed methylphenidate, but it didn’t help me in both immediate-release and extended-release forms. Now, do I have only the option of Atomoxetine, or can I try a different brand of methylphenidate? Does the brand also matter in terms of effectiveness? Looking for multiple advices from doctors and others who have experience with this.

A psychiatrist doctor has prescribed Oleanz 5 mg for sleep? As per internet it is used for something else. Tell me if that is okay or not for ingestion.
