Best ssri for constant mental compulsion in head Is it fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, sertraline or paroxetine?

My blood pressure after second baby always ranges from 130-140/90.i suffered severe domestic violence.now whenever I get anxiety attack I feel some vague symptoms in whole body like fast blood movement,feeling heavy,water retention.i take etizolam.

Hi i am in postpatrum depression and i was asked to take mirtaz 15mg tablet by dr for 30 days but i am taking it for 45 days now will it cause weight gain or delay periods.

My friend while talking during stressful conditions suddenly loses the ability to speak. This has been happening multiple time recently. Especially when he gets angry or upset he is suddenly unable to speak properly. He visited a general medicine doctor and blood test was taken, which have normal results.what could be the reason for such conditions when a person temporarily loses the ability to speak especially while angry or upset. Is this a psychological issue?

Hello Doctors, I have anixety and panic attack for last 9 years I am taking antidepressants but if I Stop taking again it's coming very worse I am not able to tolerate.   It's stared in the year of 2016 when I went to Bangalore for new job. That time I felt lonely and when I enter into the office I felt like I will die like that. Now it's developed like jealous, I am not settled and  others settled . And thoughts keep on coming.
