I don't think I can hold any longer
Hi, my problem is : I can't sleep properly, some of the time I can go straight without a day of sleep and sometimes I can sleep a whole day // because of my family I have to do daily basis work in house so i force myself to do work. If i don't worry about that i just don't want to do anything and nothing at all // I don't know what is real and what is a dream, reality and my dream has been mixed up,  sometimes i know that I am in a dream so I would be like ahh.. this is a dream i can just do whatever I want and after thinking that in my dreams I can control what I'm doing in there ( like lucid dreams) Sometimes I can taste, smell & feel the physical touch in my dreams // I would overthink so whenever I'm overthinking I would create imaginary, stories in my mind, it's also applicable when I can't sleep, I've created 1000+ of things in mind // My own mind voice feels unfamiliar & recently able to sense a presence // I just want to quit everything and sleep eternally...

Hi You’re showing signs of severe sleep disturbance, dissociation, emotional exhaustion, and possible depersonalization. Lucid dreaming, blurred reality, overthinking, and a sense of presence can stem from chronic stress, trauma, or underlying psychiatric conditions like depression, anxiety, or dissociative disorders. You’re mentally overwhelmed and physically drained — this isn’t laziness or weakness. It’s your mind asking for structured help. Therapy, along with medical evaluation, can stabilize your sleep, ground your thoughts, and help you feel like yourself again. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

What you're describing — disturbed sleep patterns, blurred lines between reality and dreams, lucid dreaming with sensory experiences, overthinking with immersive imagination, unfamiliar inner voice, and sensing a presence — suggests you're experiencing a dissociative or derealization-type state, possibly related to severe sleep deprivation, chronic stress, or a depressive episode with dissociation. These symptoms can feel surreal, but they are recognized in clinical psychology and psychiatry. They can improve with the right support.
Next Steps
Please don’t ignore this. You need to consult a mental health professional (clinical psychologist or psychiatrist) — not because you're “crazy”, but because your brain and nervous system are in survival mode, and they need help resetting. You may be experiencing a mix of dissociation, sleep disorder (possibly hypersomnia and insomnia alternating), and depressive features. Treatment may include gentle counseling or therapy, homeopathic support, or if necessary, short-term medications to stabilize sleep and thought patterns. Homeopathy can support the emotional side — remedies like Cannabis indica, Anacardium, or Aurum metallicum (when well-indicated) have helped people with similar dissociation or altered self-perception — but only after a careful case-taking.
Health Tips
You're not broken. You’re exhausted — mentally, emotionally, spiritually. It’s okay to feel like quitting. But that feeling is a symptom, not your truth. You don’t need to fight this alone. Sleep will come again. Reality will feel real again. But only if you reach out and let someone professional guide you back to yourself. Until then: • Try consistent sleep-wake timing (even if sleep is short) • Avoid screens or heavy thoughts before bed • Try Kali phos 6X + Passiflora Q in the evening with warm water (as supportive remedies for sleep and nerves — but not a substitute for counseling).
