Not able to sleep properly for long hours..some thoughts keep on coming.I think i feel a bit stressed..how to remove stress and have the perfect room and conditions for sleeping

Dear Sir
Thank you for your query. Sleep disturbance can occur due to a lot of factors like stress, alcohol and nicotine, physical health conditions and Mental health conditions like anxiety and depression. Please follow basic sleep hygiene techniques like keeping the room comfortable, no screen time before bed, limiting user of alcohol, nicotine and caffeine and regular exercise and meditation. Please see a psychiatrist in person for a detailed evaluation of you are at still facing problem sleeping.

Don't use bed for anything else but sleeping
Go to bed when you feel sleepy
Don't obsessed over sleep. Nothing happens if u don't sleep properly
U need to work on stress
