Is 5 hours sleep enough??
I am student studying in class 12. I am preparing for JEE exam for which I am going to coaching classes because of which my day time is consumed in that only. But I want to do workout for which I don't find time. I can get up at 5 am and do workout but for that I will have to sacrifice my sleep and could only sleep for 5 hours at max. Is it healthy to sleep for 4-5 hours daily?

Hello dear Adequate hours of sleep for an adult is 7-8 hours a day. Since you are a student you need that sleep for 7-8 hours a day for better concentration and memory and to relax your mind. Try to accommodate workout timings in the evening as it is also essential for healthy living.
