Can't wake up early & can't sleep early
I am a graduate and now simply sitting at home, Since childhood i been a late sleeper and late awaker. This habit of mine had caused several problems in my life. My entire family and relatives and neighbours always blames me and mokes me for not waking up early. But its not in my hands, i tried 1000 times to make a early wake up change. But no i am unable to do so . Yes, i use phone till late night (social media or kdramas) but i dont think phone is the problem that doesn't allow me to sleep early bcz even if i dont use phone at night and just lay down to sleep, it still takes hours for me to fall asleep ( i would simply do overthinking, fake scenarios or think about my past trauma and cry till late night) I sleep at 2 am always And wakes up by 10-11 am or sometimes even 12 p.m As i wake up late, i wake up tired also and dull and mood off and would spend the rest of the day just wasting and killing time. No hobby No exercise No work/studies No helping in house hold chores socialising

Hi, You need to make yourself busy during the day. Try to find a job and start exercise. You need to be positive to make your life. Happiness and being positive are two most important keys for a healthy life. Believe on yourself and don't care about others opinion, if you want be successful.
