These kind of illnesses can cause sleep disruption. You can consult a psychiatrist and take safe medications to restore the sleep circadian rhythm. Good luck

Your sleep disturbance after typhoid fever is likely due to post-infection fatigue, antibiotic side effects, or stress-related sleep disruption. Typhoid can weaken the body, and even after recovery, it may take weeks for your system to fully stabilize. Since your fever is gone but sleep is still disturbed, it could be due to inflammation, gut imbalance from antibiotics, or anxiety about your health. Try relaxation techniques before bed, light meals at night, and avoiding screens or caffeine. If insomnia persists for more than a few weeks, consult a doctor for a blood test to check inflammation markers, vitamin deficiencies, or lingering infection. If anxiety is making it worse, therapy can help manage sleep-related stress. If you want to take online therapy sessions, connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
