Not able to sleep properly
I am taking nexito 5 mg daily for a month... But I am not able to sleep properly in night... My anxiety and depression is very less only I am getting sleep problem... I can sleep only for 4-5 hrs... Can I take nexito plus in night for good sleep?... I am taking normal nexito 5 mg in morning as of now.. Please help

Try taking the Nexito Tablet in the daytime. Some people who take this medication at night complain of sleep disturbances. If your sleep disturbance persists even after switching to this tablet during the day, you should see a psychiatrist and have it treated appropriately.

It is absolutely not advisable to change psychiatric medications like that, without supervision. Nexito Plus contains Clonazepam which may cause dependence in about 4-6 weeks. It is usually prescribed for short term only.
I would suggest you to get some exercise, follow sleep hygiene, have some warm milk before sleeping.
Do consult a psychiatrist if you have been taking Nexito for too long unsupervised and have no complaints.

It's necessary to have your psychiatric history revised and have a proper diagnosis. If you're having sleep issues, it's necessary to rule out the secondary causes. Taking clonazepam or other benzodiazepine on your own always risks dependence. So it's necessary for you to consult a psychiatrist.
